KMD Antiques & Design Atelier is an antiques, vintage and contemporary gallery located in Burlingame, CA in the heart of the vibrant Burlingame Ave shopping district. This is a wonderful opportunity to work in a customer focused and design driven environment. The ideal candidate will act as a brand steward and enjoy cultivating relationships with customers through exceptional service and support. Ideally, we are looking for a candidate for 20 - 24 hours Tuesday - Friday.

  • Responsibilities

    Create a warm, welcoming, inspiring on brand customer experience

    Provide relevant advice, product knowledge and product recommendations both in store, through email and web store communications.

    Resolve customer needs quickly through swift communication and partnership from leadership

    Drive customer retention and loyalty through customer service and follow through

    Acts as brand steward in all interactions with customers and partners

    Assist in receipt of shipments as well as merchandising; ensure selling floor is adequately presented and stocked to brand standard

    Other tasks assigned by leadership

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Established and proven track record in Sales and/or Customer Service

    Positive and friendly demeanor toward every customer and colleague

    Experience in antiques, art, and home furnishings required

    Exceptional communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation)

    Self-starter, quick learner, and a team player
