Sand Valley Wisconsin Golf Resort Estate Home

Honored to work with returning clients, we provided finish, lighting and furnishings selections for a 7,000 sq ft second home in the award winning Golf Resort of Sand Valley, Wisconsin. Inspired by great resorts of Scotland and New Zealand (while bringing a touch of California to the Midwest), the project was our first ground up new build. Thanks to the great teamwork with our partners, construction completed in a swift 18 months. Designed for a fun loving family of 5 (and growing) the home encourages memory making with plenty of recreation focused gathering spaces including a golf simulator, billiards room, and boasts the only pool at the resort. When not in use by family members, the home is available in the rental pool for the resort. Furnishings were chosen with an eye for longevity and durability.
