Kari McIntosh Design (KMD) is a full-service consultancy specializing in residential and commercial spaces.

Principal, Kari McIntosh is a LEED (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design) accredited professional.  KMD can manage a team to administer the LEED-certification process for project, both residential and commercial.

While serving as Vice President, Equities Conferences & Events for JPMorganChase for over 7 years, McIntosh honed her financial, strategic, and diplomacy skills working with fast paced clients, corporate bankers, and research analysts; transitioning these skills to follow her calling to the design world.

McIntosh studied design at California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo and UC Berkeley Interior Design & Interior Architecture program, graduating with distinction.  Internships with renowned hospitality and restaurant design firms (SFA Design & EDG Design) influenced McIntosh to open the doors of KMD in 2008. KMD is affiliated with ASID and IIDA.
